The Sarnia Ultimate League is an exciting new sports league in Sarnia. Ultimate is a high-energy sport that combines the best aspects of sport. Ultimate players outrun, outjump, outthrow, outcatch, and outthink their opponents all while showing a healthy respect for the spirit of sportsmanship.

There are four teams in our league with a range of players that have from as little as no experience at all to some with many years of competetive league and tournament play. We have room for players of all levels. Don't worry about it if you can't catch or throw... We can teach you that!

Come on out and give the sport a try!

League games are held every Thursday night through to August 30th.
All games are at Canatara park at 6:30 PM.
